Welcoming Eugenio Corell As Payoro’s New CEO

We’re excited to share that Eugenio Corell is joining Payoro as our new CEO. Eugenio has spent his career building and leading fintech companies around the world, from launching one of Europe’s first crowdfunding platforms to running a neobank in Spain.

He’s worked everywhere from Mongolia to Mexico, always driven by the same idea: finance should move as freely as people do. What stood out to us about Eugenio isn’t just his experience, but his mindset. He believes that the best technology is the kind you don’t notice, the kind that just works. That’s exactly how we think about Payoro.

In his own words: “I’ve always believed technology’s real job is to remove friction, not add complexity. Payoro is already doing that, and I’m excited to help take it further.”

As a CEO of Payoro, Eugenio will drive our global strategy, lead revenue growth through geographic expansion and product depth, shape our product vision with the aid of our engineering team, forge key partnerships with banks, EMIs, PSPs, and regulators, oversee licensing and compliance and provide strategic leadership across all business operations.

We’re happy to have him leading the next chapter of Payoro.
